DENMARK, Greece, the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK were happy with last week's negotiations in Luxembourg, and would have accepted the CAP mid-term review as it stood last Thursday.

One could only guess what Greece might have in common with the other four countries.

Maybe their Prime Minister was happy to sacrifice his farmers, so that the country would get the credit for presiding over such an important EU agreement.
