Efficient use of time ‘essential for farmers’

The efficient use of time will be critical for farmers in the competitive times ahead, according to the Irish Cattle and Sheep Farmers Association.

Malcolm Thompson, president, stressed in a year-end message that this will be all the more so as farmers move into a decoupled environment.

This will demand that each farmer must examine the actual profitability of each enterprise in its own right.
