PIG prices are unchanged this week, ranging from €1.33 to €1.40 per kg, as throughput increases to more than 49,000 per week.

There’s a 6c/kg bonus for welfare pigs.

Export plants mostly quote €133 to €138; pork slaughterers quote from €1.34 to €1.40/kg, with most suppliers at the higher end of the range, according to IFA.
