Another high Co Clare sale price

DOUBLE the price guide - that’s what a farm at Glasha Beg, Doolin, Co Clare made at auction two weeks ago for auctioneer John Casey of Lisdoonvarna.

On the outskirts of the village of Doolin, comprising 45 acres, it was one of the best pieces of land to come on the market in the area, said Mr Casey.

Clare land prices usually make strong money, mostly because of the rarity value.
