New rules for IFA office holders

HUGELY experienced IFA officers have stepped down in branches all over the country as new rules restrict the maximum terms for all office holders at branch level.

Some farmers had served more than two decades of continuous service in the same office in IFA branches.

But the 2005 branch annual general meeting was the last hurrah for them.
