Eco-village shrouded in secrecy

SECRECY surrounds the location of an environment-friendly village planned for a 100 acre farm in North Tipperary.

Developers of the project have confirmed they are negotiating for the purchase of a farm, but location will not be revealed until the deal has been concluded.

Preliminary discussions have taken place with North Tipperary County Council on the development, worth millions of euro.
