Factory lamb intake slips 15% behind

LAMB prices at the factories have steadied over the past week, and opened nearly unchanged, compared to a week earlier.

Processors’ base prices ranged from 322 to 319 cents/kg (115p or 114p/lb), unchanged from last week.

Intake at factories has dropped to 15% less than this time last year.
