BEEF producer Eugene Lawlor reacted furiously to the planned CAP reforms announced in Brussels yesterday.
'If reforms go through countryside will go back to being a barren kip'

“I’m fierce vexed about this entire thing at the minute,” he said.

“Who else would accept 20% of a drop in their wages. If these reforms go through much of the countryside will go back to being a barren kip.”
