Dairygold said it is engaged in a thorough re-engineering review of its back office processes to improve the value add that the functions deliver.
The review is aimed at eliminating problems arising from the co-op's widely dispersed back-office administration and support operations. The co-op said the review is aimed at establishing the best possible and most cost effective processes and structure for Dairygold's back office administration systems.
