The Mixx StreamBuds Ultra Mini true wireless earbuds are priced at a reasonable €59 and promise a good audio experience wrapped in a sleek, stylish design.

The StreamBuds Ultra Mini uses a zinc alloy charging case with a distinctive style and a durable feel. It is available in black Gun Metal, Silver White, and Champagne. The case is slightly larger than an AirPods case, yet its rounded edges make it very pocketable.
The earbuds have a silicon stem design, ensuring a familiar and comfortable fit. Mixx provides three sizes of silicon ear tips, so you should be able to find the perfect fit for all-day comfort. The medium size worked great for me, and I had no problem wearing them for long periods.
The free Mixx Control App for iOS and Android allows for tailored audio output to your liking using a 10-band graphic equaliser. This customisation only needs to be done once; after that, the earbuds retain your personalised sound settings without needing the app.
The StreamBuds Ultra Mini has a 'Find It' feature via the app, which could prove invaluable if you’re prone to misplacing your earbuds. The app shows the last location where the earbuds picked up a signal and can play a sound to help locate them.
The earbuds also boast fully customisable touch controls for music playback, answering or declining calls, and activating voice assistants like Google Assistant or Siri. By default, a single tap on the left turns the volume down, and a tap on the right increases it. For relatively inexpensive buds, these controls performed flawlessly.

Another impressive feature is the clear voice technology. Utilising beam-forming technology, the four built-in microphones focus on the user's voice while minimising background noise. This makes phone calls and voice commands clearer, even in noisy environments like busy offices or bustling streets.
Unsurprisingly, there’s no ANC or wireless charging at this price point.

Battery life is crucial for wireless earbuds, and the Mixx StreamBuds Ultra Mini does not disappoint. On a single charge, they offer up to six hours of playtime. The magnetic flip-top case provides an additional 18 hours, totalling an impressive 24 hours of use. The quick charge feature is a lifesaver when you’re in a hurry, giving you two hours of playtime with just a 15-minute charge.
A digital display on the charging case shows the battery status as a percentage, with four bars on each side indicating the battery levels of the individual earbuds.
The customisable EQ is a welcome addition and allows you to fine-tune the sound to your liking, whether they prefer deep bass, crisp highs, or a balanced mix. The sound signature is relatively balanced and has good detail retrieval, making it suitable for various music genres and audio content. Overall, the audio quality is about what I’d expect for earbuds under €100.
The Mixx StreamBuds Ultra Mini True Wireless Earbuds offer a compelling mix of style, functionality, and customisation. They are an excellent budget choice for those seeking reliable earbuds for daily commutes, workouts, or leisure.
