Customers warned of surge in job scams targeting young people

Fraud sees scammers post fake work openings posing as employers or recruiters

Digital bank Revolut has warned Irish customers of an uptick in employment scams used by fraudsters to steal people's money. 

The online financial app said that sophisticated scammers are taking advantage of the ongoing cost of living crisis.
