Apple set to unveil new Watch and iPad

The Apple store on Regent Street, London. The tech giant has become the first US company to boast a market value of two trillion dollars, just two years after it became the first to reach $1trillion. 

Apple will unveil new versions of some of its most popular devices later on Tuesday, but a new iPhone is unlikely to be announced.

The impact of the coronavirus pandemic means the iPhone 12 is expected to be delayed by several weeks and so is not set appear during the virtual event.
