Overwatch registers 25 million players

Blizzard has revealed that its competitive team-based shooter Overwatch has 25 million registered players and counting.

More than 25 million people have registered to play Overwatch, the competitive first person shooter from video game developer and publisher Blizzard, as announced on the company’s official Overwatch Twitter account.

Back in October, Blizzard revealed that Overwatch had 20 million registered players, meaning five million new players signed up to play the game in the three months since.
