VIDEO Amazing 600 foot basketball shot!

A new world record has been achieved for a basketball throw into a net. And this one is pretty spectacular.

The folks at How Ridiculous have been spending time chucking things off other things recently and this time they've popped over to the Mauvoisin Dam in Switzerland to give it another go. And they've bagged a world record into the bargain with an almost 600 foot swish.

And they did it in just three shots!
