iOS 10 already on over 20 percent of iPhones

Apple has a pair of new iPhone models out and with them comes the latest version of its native operating system, iOS 10.

After just three days of release the new software is running on an incredible 22.31 percent of compatible iOS devices out there. That's an incredible uptake, helped by the fact that the update is available to so many models at the same time.

iOS 10 brings in changes to the lock screen as well as many popular apps and rejigged notifications. It's not the most comprehensive update ever seen but it addresses some key areas and also doesn't rock the boat too much, despite some issues with early adopters.
