First iPhone 7 ad is unlike anything we've seen from Apple before
Unlike Apple’s typical ads, there’s no narrator and very little colour. Instead, it’s quick and snappy, and uses imagery to represent the iPhone 7’s and iPhone 7 Plus’ features and capabilities.
Included in the ad are snapshots referencing the water resistance capabilities, longer battery life, stereo speakers, and the iPhone 7 Plus’ dual cameras.
In a blink and you’ll miss it shot, the ad notes "Water resistance IP67 under IEC standard 60529. Liquid damage not covered under warranty." That means that while the handset is water resistant, Apple won’t replace your handset if it dies as a result of water damage. So you may not want to test its capabilities too thoroughly.
