If you travel frequently, you may find that the battery percentage on your iPhone 6S doesn’t change. No, this doesn’t mean that you’ve cracked how to make your handsets battery last forever; there is a bug that is causing the iPhone 6S not to update the battery percentage.

Apple is aware of the issue and is working on a fix, though it’s unclear when that will arrive. Until the fix is released, there is a manual workaround to correct it. All you have to do is restart your iPhone, then go to Settings > General > Date and Time and ensure that “Set Automatically” is switched to “On”.
