New Huawei battery will charge ten times faster

Huawei has detailed its new quick charging lithium-ion battery that will let you charge up your phone in minutes.

It showed off two types of batteries, a 600mAh capacity battery that can be 68% charged in two minutes and a larger 3,000mAh battery that can be charged to 48% in five minutes.

To put this into perspective, the iPhone 6S features a 1,715mAh battery and could theoretically be fully charged in around seven minutes.
