This handy app (which grew out of the awesome repository at Giphy.com) is all about creating your own GIFs - letting you record a video and instantly convert it into a form that's perfect for sharing. The latest version of the app has added some great new features, including the ability to slap on your own captions and text for even more personality.

There are new effects as well and the best addition of all is being able to import your own videos. From there you can edit them for length, play around with silly colours, effects and more and then export the finished masterpiece to share with your friends.
