Included in the initial list, which will be released on October 16th, are The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, Star Fox 64 3D, and nintendogs + cats.

Mario Tennis Open, Yoshi's New Island, and Mario Party: Island Tour though 3DS fans may be less excited about their inclusion.
