Apple might let you remove iOS' default apps
In an interview with Buzzfeed, Apple CEO Tim Cook recognised that users want to have more control over the apps that take up space on their devices. However, he says that giving people the freedom to delete pre-installed apps is a bit more complicated than many might think.
āThere are some apps that are linked to something else on the iPhone,ā he said. āIf they were to be removed they might cause issues elsewhere on the phone.ā
