iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus feature 2GB RAM

iOS developer Hamza Sood has confirmed that Apple’s upcoming handsets, the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, come with 2GB RAM.

He took to Twitter to confirm the handsets’ specs, which were revealed by iOS development tool, Xcode.

By comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the recently announced Sony Xperia Z5 come with 3GB RAM, and the the Galaxy Note 5 has 4GB. Future Samsung handsets may even come with 6GB RAM.
