New iPhone 6s could have a better FaceTime camera

The iPhone 6s is coming - and at the rate rumours are dropping there will be no surprises by the time it is unveiled in early September.

New iPhone 6s could have a better FaceTime camera

The latest leak is all about the front-facing camera, or the FaceTime camera because Apple has to have a different name for just about everything. 9to5Mac has a load of details on the new components for the iPhone 6s. The basic rundown is that they've got the front panel from the new phone and they've been comparing it to the iPhone 6.

Details they've noticed include the fact that the hole for the front facing camera is larger - suggesting it might get a megapixel boost. Though without the sensor itself the comparison is a bit moot. We've heard there might be slow motion video from the FaceTime camera this time around. Which would be a neat thing to be able to play with.
