Snapchat's Travel Mode helps you conserve data

Snapchat is rolling out a new data-saving Travel Mode, which should help keep you below your monthly data limits.

When Travel Mode is enabled from the settings menu, snaps, stories and discovery content will only load when a user taps them. Previously, these items would load as soon as a user opened the app. Depending on how busy your friends were that day, it could use a significant amount of data.

To enable Snapchat’s Travel Mode, click the Snapchat icon at the top of the camera, then navigate through Settings to Manage Additional Services, and turn on "Travel Mode."
