Facebook is reportedly developing a new app that will deliver breaking news alerts to your phone.

A source close to the matter leaked screenshots of a proposed alert and details about the app to Business Insider.

The app’s alerts will be limited to 100 character messages along with a link to the full story. You’ll be able to follow partnered outlets that will then send alerts when news breaks.
