Project Cars dev is making a Red Bull Air Race game

Slightly Mad Studios, the team behind Project Cars, is living up to its name. It is currently developing a Red Bull Air Race game.

Red Bull Air Race - The Game will be released in 2016, exclusively on PC. The title is designed to tie into the Red Bull Air Race World Championship.

The game will include races set in real world locations and will feature pilots compete in the series.

For those unfamiliar with the Red Bull Air Race, it is billed as the fastest motorsport series in the world. It features 14 race pilots in a competition that tests speed, precision and skill. Pilots fly lightweight planes through a low-level aerial track made up of air-filled pylons 25 meters high.

It may sound a little unusual at first, but the trailer makes it look quite interesting. And it has to be said that it looks beautiful.
