Amazon working on an unusual way to unlock your phone

Amazon wants to make sure that only you can unlock your phone. Its newest patent includes technology to unlock your phone if it's placed against your ear.

Apparently, your ear can be as unique as your fingerprint. “Why not stick with fingerprint technology?” you may ask. Well, we’re guessing that it’ll make answering calls much easier and quicker.

We’re just hoping that it’ll be possible to unlock a phone in a more conventional way. Otherwise every other smartphone function becomes a little less convenient.
