Windows 10's release date revealed

Microsoft announced that the full version of Windows 10 will be released on July 29th, 2015.

Windows 10 will come with Microsoft’s virtual assistant, Cortana, along with the new Microsoft Edge web browser that replaces Internet Explorer. Those who hate getting work done may also be delighted to hear that Candy Crush will come installed for free.

All Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 users will be able to upgrade to the new operating system for free. Those who own those operating systems will soon see a small Windows icon in their taskbar. Clicking on this will allow them to “reserve” an upgrade.
