Nasdaq: Dell not in compliance

DELL, which employs nearly 5,000 people in its Irish operations, has received a letter from the Nasdaq exchange saying the computer maker was not in compliance with listing requirements because it was late in filing its fiscal third-quarter report.

Last month, Dell delayed publishing third-quarter results due to the accounting probes.
