Labour Government Minister Aodhán Ó Ríordáin objects to plan for Dublin development

Labour Government Minister Aodhán Ó Ríordáin has submitted an objection in his capacity as a TD to plans for a €40m residential development in Howth, Co Dublin.

The minister of state at the Department of Justice and law equality has added his name appealing a decision by Fingal County Council to grant planning permission to developer Ray Grehan’s former Glenkerrin Homes Ltd.

One of the best-known developers during the boom, Mr Grehan went bankrupt in the UK in December 2011.
