Rents have risen by an average 11.8% in Cork city over the past year, according to the latest Rental Report by Daft.ie.

Rents have risen by an average 11.8% in Cork city over the past year, according to the latest Rental Report by Daft.ie.

Market rents nationally rose by an average of 1.6% in the second quarter of 2025, according to the report, the 18th consecutive quarter of rising rents.
