Dublin’s office leasing market is showing early signs of a revival as technology companies ranging from Apple to Stripe look to grow in the capital amid rising demand for newer, greener workplaces that comply with environmental regulations.

Apple, Workday and Denmark’s Danske Bank are seeking new space for their offices, people familiar with the matter said. Stripe has announced it will lease a new office.
