The addition of O'Sullivan Malone further expands Ifac's national base, which now comprises 30 offices and 500 employees.

Irish farming and agribusiness firm Ifac has announced the acquisition of Tipperary accountants, O'Sullivan Malone for an undisclosed amount.

Based in Carrick on Suir, the long-standing accountancy firm was founded in 1978 by Martin O'Sullivan. Specialising in tax, wealth management and accountancy, the firm's client portfolio spans several sectors including farming, SMEs and voluntary organisations.
