Tourism Ireland said it is targeting more than a 5.6% year-on-year growth in overseas travellers to the island until 2030, according to a new €70m marketing strategy.

An all-island body has ramped up efforts to make Ireland more attractive to overseas tourists as post-pandemic travel demand continues, but stubbornly high prices may impact these targets.

Tourism Ireland said it is targeting more than a 5.6% year-on-year growth in overseas travellers to the island until 2030, according to a new €70m marketing strategy.
