Global regulators race to plan rules around artificial intelligence tools
European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen has called for a global panel to assess the risks and benefits of AI.Â
Britain is the latest government around the world to try to catch up with regulating artificial intelligence tools such as Microsoft's ChapGPT. It comes as governments around the world are struggling to keep up with AI advances. Â
