House prices in Cork City rose by 1.4% over past three months

The average price for a three-bedroom semi in Cork city now stands at €365,000, and at €220,000 in Cork county. 

The average price of a three-bedroom semi-detached home in Cork City has risen 1.4% over the past three months to €365,000, new data from the Real Estate Alliance (REA) shows.

In the rest of Co Cork, prices increased, but at a slower rate of 1.1% — from €217,500 to €220,000 — with the average time it takes to sell a house remaining the same in both city and county, at five weeks.
