Cork's new chefs boost industry but obstacles remain

Fáilte Ireland estimated there were about 40,000 vacancies in the country’s tourism sector

Cork hospitality has been boosted by the addition of various new chefs, despite countrywide hospitality staff shortages.

Cork’s Castlemartyr Resort recently announced it secured chef patron Vincent Crepel for its new restaurant Terre.
