Seeking the good life: According to some pension calculators, a 45-year-old on €100,000 a year with no pension assets and who wants a pension of €50,000 per year at the age of 65, will need to contribute 70% plus of their salary to achieve their target.  But is that the full picture?

As a 45-year-old today will most likely not be eligible for a State pension until they are at least 68, Stephen Barry of Invesco urges people to take a serious second look at their pension choices.
