BPFI head 'relatively optimistic' mortgage market will recover this year
The head of the Banking & Payments Federation Ireland (BPFI) has said he is "relatively optimistic" that the Irish mortgage market will recover this year.

Only half as many mortgages were approved last month as during June 2019.

There was a 20% increase on the previous month's figures, according to the Banking and Payments Federation Ireland (BPFI).
