Cork legal technology company Bundledocs has been acquired by global provider Opus 2.
Bundledocs was founded by Brian Kenneally, Lisa Walsh, and James Hogan and has offices in Ballincollig. The company develops cloud-built, document bundling software to help legal teams prepare, review, and manage document workflows. It has grown in Ireland to serve 1,900 clients across 35 countries.
The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
