Irish engineering and water infrastructure firm Glanua begins US expansion

Mark McKeever, Glanua’s first directly employed US team member and the company’s 750th employee, and Karl Zimmerer, Group Managing Director of Glanua, at Glanua’s new office in Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Irish engineering and wastewater treatment company Glanua expects revenues to exceed €200m this year, the company said on Thursday, with plans to double annual revenue to €400m in the next two years.

The Galway-headquartered firm has opened its first US office, in Radnor, near Philadelphia, as it targets American pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing facilities. Glanua is continuing to expand in Ireland, where its headquarters are located in Loughrea but it also has regional offices in Cork, Belfast, and a manufacturing facility in Navan, Co Meath.
