Tipperary's SYS Financial continues acquisition spree

New deal to acquire Maynooth's CJK financial

Tipperary's SYS Financial has continued its acquisition spree with a new deal to acquire CJK Financial Planning, an established pensions and investment specialist based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.

The financial advisory firm continues to scale its presence nationwide, with the latest deal increasing the firm's total assets under management to over €1.3bn.

Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. CJK Financial Planning's founder, Colm Kelly, will remain involved in regular client activity as he moves into the role of Senior Private Clients Consultant, continuing to work from the Maynooth office. 

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Nenagh, SYS Financial is one of Ireland’s leading providers of financial solutions for employers, individuals, families, and private wealth clients. Their services cover retirement and inheritance planning to securing a mortgage or enhancing employee benefits. SYS currently has offices in Nenagh, Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Maynooth and Galway.
