Project delivery company PM Group has seen its operating profit increase by over 24% during its 2025 financial year driven by strong demand coming from the life sciences sector as well as data centre developments.

According to the company’s latest results, it achieved a total revenue of €567m during the year with operating profit hitting €43.3m. The company has net assets of €175m and employed on average 3,875 people across the year.

The company said the strong performance in 2025 was supported by continued international growth and robust demand across its core life sciences and data centre markets.

The company said a significant contributor to its growth was the continued expansion of its US business which was supported by major life sciences projects.

Chief executive of PM Group Anthony O’Rourke said its European division had a “very good year” with strong revenue growth across all services.

“The US delivered a record performance, building our reputation and track record for delivery of larger complex projects in this key market. The UK division also performed well, driven by the diversification of work supporting client projects both in the UK and across Europe.”

Mr O’Rourke added that life sciences will remain “front and centre” for the business with a strategic target to grow significantly in the US and mainland Europe.

“We’ve experienced a step change in the development of data centres. We have established a dedicated data centres division and a pan-European delivery platform to deliver large-scale data centre projects for clients across Europe,” he said.

The company said trading across the early months of 2026 has been strong supported by growth in the US and Europe in life sciences and data centre projects.

In its outlook for this year, the company said activity in the life sciences sector “is expected to moderate during the year” but the PM Group is “well positioned to respond by deploying its capabilities across growing data centre opportunities and expanding international markets”.

The company is headquartered in Dublin but has offices in Cork, UK, Germany, US, China, and India among others.
