Barry Noonan and Conor McEneaney, partners with law firm DLA Piper.

Law firm DLA Piper has promoted Barry Noonan and Conor McEneaney to global partner roles, the latest in a round seeing 62 lawyers promoted worldwide.

Barry Noonan, partner in real estate, joined DLA Piper Ireland in 2021. He advised on the four largest commercial property deals in Ireland in 2025. He has previously worked in the Middle East. He regularly advises on hotel and leisure transactions in Ireland and internationally.

Conor McEneaney, partner in intellectual property and technology, joined DLA Piper in 2019, the year the firm was founded. He specialises in complex outsourcing and technology-driven transactions. He is a trusted adviser on the technology, IP and data aspects of joint ventures and M&A.

DLA Piper Ireland employs more than 125 people, including 23 partners and eight legal directors. Based in Dublin, the firm has lawyers located in more than 40 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
