Irish retailer sells nearly 10 million chicken fillet rolls as sales soar

Retailer reports strong growth across deli, coffee and ice cream, with expansion plans and major investment announced for 2026

Convenience retailer Centra sold nearly 10m chicken fillet rolls in 2025, helping to push sales up 4.6% to a record €2.2bn, the company announced on Monday.

The retail group said its deli section delivered growth of 7.4% during the year. Fine summer weather also boosted performance, with the company’s Moo’d ice cream brand increasing sales by 15% over the summer months. Its Frank & Honest coffee brand recorded year-on-year sales growth of 10.9%, with more than 26m cups now sold annually.
