Electronics firm Sanmina is to create up to 150 new jobs in Co Cork as it expands its facility in Fermoy. 

Sanmina provides integrated electronic manufacturing solutions and is expanding its Fermoy medical facility. Taoiseach Micheál Martin will open the expanded facility on Monday. The site includes advanced manufacturing capabilities, and its first new automation line is already installed and is being commissioned. The expansion will also include a new clean room and several high-volume automation lines dedicated to producing wearable medical devices.
