Sherry Fitzgerald owner acquires commercial property advisory firm Knight Frank Ireland

The takeover is still subject to regulatory approval

CastleGate Investments, which owns the estate agency Sherry Fitzgerald, has announced the acquisition of commercial property advisory firm Knight Frank Ireland.

CastleGate Investments is a privately owned company led by Tommy Kelly. It acquired Sherry Fitzgerald in 2022 for a reported €50m.
