Coca-Cola exploring sale of Costa Coffee

In Ireland, the chain has revenues of more than €100m

Costa Coffee operates in 50 countries, with more than 2,700 coffee shops across the UK and Ireland.

US soft drinks giant Coca-Cola is working with investment bank Lazard to review options, including a potential sale, of coffee chain Costa Coffee, which it acquired in 2018 for over $5bn (€4.3bn), Sky News reported on Saturday.

Coca-Cola, Costa, and Lazard did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
