IT services firm Accenture has said there has been a 20% increase in demand for AI and cloud professionals in Cork over the last six months, in contrast to a marked slowdown in demand for those working in data analytics.

The data comes from the company’s latest 'Talent Tracker', which said the increasing demand for AI and cloud workers suggested a “pivot toward infrastructure and platform-based technologies”.
