'No justification' for 17% hike in personal injury awards, hoteliers warn

The proposed increase is set to be brought before the Cabinet by the Minister for Justice on Tuesday.

Following recommendations from the Judicial Council, the proposed increase is set to be brought before the Cabinet by the Minister for Justice on Tuesday.
